Solar-Blind AlGaN Photodiodes with Very Low Cutoff Wavelength

This paper describes front-side-illuminated UV detectors having responsivities from 200- 260 nm and beyond. Thus, they are not truly solar-blind devices (responsivity band within 240-285 nm).
