The European Gallium Nitride Workshop

• The First European Gallium Nitride Workshop was held in Rigi, Switzerland, June 2-4, 1996. The MRS Internet Journal of Nitride Semiconductor Research has published The EGW-1 Proceedings.
• The 2nd European GaN Workshop(EGW-2) was held on June 11-13,1997, in Valbonne-Sophia Antipolis, France. The MRS Internet Journal of Nitride Semiconductor Research has published The EGW-2 Proceedings.
• The Third European Gallium Nitride Workshop was held in Poland, June 22-24, 1998. The MRS Internet Journal of Nitride Semiconductor Research has published The EGW-3 Proceedings.

The Fourth European Gallium Nitride Workshop was held in Nottingham, England, 2-5 July 2000. The MRS Internet Journal of Nitride Semiconductor Research has published short summary of the meeting.
