Reviewer 1: The paper contains both experimental data and simple theoretical
predictions on the confined energy states in a modulation-doped
AlGaN/GaN heterostructures. The authors have estimated the field
strength and crrelate each PL peak to respective energy states
in the heterostructure. The data are worth publishing.
