Description of the paper by the reviewer(s):

Reviewer 1: The paper reports FIR magnetooptical investigations on shallow donors in MOCVD-grown GaN. The ionization levels of the residual shallow donor are found to be different in fully relaxed and strained GaN layers. Also, the cyclotron effective mass for conduction electrons is reported.
